Executive & Life Coaching, Inc. is pleased to offer organizational training courses in communication, anger management, stress management, and emotional intelligence.

Our training courses are developed with and delivered by subject matter experts in the four areas mentioned above.

Our curriculum is customized each time we deliver a program to meet your needs using industry and company specific examples and organizational terminology. Such courses may be tailored for HR professionals in your company to improve their effectiveness in dealing with company employees or we may provide your company with group training on communication, anger management, stress management, and emotional intelligence. Based on our professional experience, training is most effective with audiences/groups of 6 to 25 people. Executive & Life Coaching, Inc. deliver specialized training in anger management on-site, at your location. Depending on your business needs, training workshops may range from 1 day to 1 week in duration.

As business demands evolve, we realize the need for additional training, and as a result, we may work with you, human resources, and other department heads within your company to develop a new curriculum or course to create a customized program to "raise the bar on emotional intelligence in your workplace". Our expertise in adult learning and communication approaches allow us to provide detailed instructor manuals, workshop materials, and course agendas. We provide your employees with the tools and strategies to diffuse those situations where anger is an impeding factor to your company's overall success

  • Anger Management/Executive Coaching: With a focus on anger, stress, communication and/or emotional intelligence. We currently provide these services for a number of Fortune 500 Companies. Coaching can be provided in our provider offices or on location nationwide.
  • Accelerated Anger Management Classes for Managers, Executives and Line Staff: Personalized 8-10 hour programs with client workbooks for fast results.
  • Anger Management Classes for employees: Classes for employees who exhibit evidence of stress, anger or inappropriate aggression at work. Studies have shown that aggression and violence in the workplace increases absenteeism, reduces productivity, lowers morale and increases a company's liability.
